How To Report
Email sales@qbasistech.com with the subject line Security Report. Include a clear description, affected URL or system, reproduction steps, screenshots or logs where safe to share, and your contact details for follow-up.
What To Include
Helpful reports include the affected system, the type of issue, impact, steps to reproduce, proof-of-concept details that avoid harm, and any conditions required to trigger the issue.
Responsible Disclosure
Please avoid accessing, modifying, deleting, or exfiltrating data that does not belong to you. Do not interrupt service availability, perform destructive testing, or publicly disclose the issue before Qbasis has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate.

We aim to acknowledge security reports and route them to the appropriate team for review. Response time may vary depending on severity, scope, customer environment, and whether third-party systems or deployment partners are involved.
